Is your work guaranteed? Yes. We repair/replace defective material, even if out of warranty, for a reasonable 1 - 2 year period after installation. For additional information about Bolt company policies click here or go to the Company Policies page.
Do you do general contracting work? Yes. We hold a Class B General contractors license and serve as a general contractor if the project warrants or for a customer request. We also do general carpentry work to complete a customer project.
Do you bid the electrical work on new project construction? Yes. We bid on new construction only at the request of the project owner.
Have you completed the state of California mandated certification program? Yes. We have certified electricians. At Bolt we pride ourselves in staying up to date on the latest certifications and policies.
Are you bonded and insured? Yes. we are bonded and insured, please Contact Us for our carrier and policy information.
Do you provide customer references? Yes. Please Contact Us for contact names and reference phone numbers.
Do you charge for estimates? No. We provide all estimates free of charge. Click here for an estimate.
Do you provide emergency service? Yes. We provide emergency service 24 hours per day 365 days per year and we guarantee a maximum 3 hour response to an emergency call or your first hour of labor is free.
Do you do heating and air conditioning work? Yes. We hold a Class C-20 Warm Air Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning license.
Do you install air lines? Yes. We install air lines required for machinery operations.
Do you serve residential customers? No. At this time, we do not serve residential customers. We will provide a referral if you contact us.
Do you work on distribution systems over 600V AC? No. Bolt Electric holds a A class C - 10 Specialty Electric Contractor license which permits work at 600VAC and below, only. We would be pleased to provide references for licensed medium voltage contractors if you contact us. |
